Allison is Cleghorn’s Chief Relationship Officer. She keeps the ship humming along and maintains the company’s connections with key constituents. Throughout Allison’s career, relationship and alliance building have always been her forte. Most recently, she served as Vice President, Strategic Alliances for PSA Insurance and Financial Services, an Employee Benefit and Risk Management company. Here, she managed the key business partnerships for the company’s distribution and sales functions. She was responsible for identifying opportunities for alignment with strategic partners and then successfully nurturing and managing those relationships.

 

Prior to this, Allison was Director of Strategic Alliances for ArmadaGlobal where she oversaw new business development and client retention through strategic partnerships. She helped build Armada into a leading national specialty benefit company through her skillful negotiations and alliance building.

 

Allison began her career honing her knowledge of the employee benefits marketplace and business development serving as Account Manager of major accounts at ADP and Kenexa, now IBM.
